Creative Creations' Contest

The always jewel-like Diamond Hope found this girl in-world and whispered in her ear about a contest the fabulous Creative Creations is supporting. Below are all the details, directly from Ms. Hope's lovely mouth to your eager, reading eyes, along with a SLURL, so one can arrive as swiftly as possible. ;-)

OK, here’s the scoop!

It’s really simple actually…. but the rewards are pretty darn nice!

We’ll start with what you could win, since normally peeps leave that till last.  If you are the winner, you will 1) recieve 3k in Lindens, 2) have your picture displayed in the store (for all to “oooo” and “ahhhhh” over), 3) any 2 designs, by me (Diamond Hope) or Marta Jamberoo, of your choice. 

NOW… here’s what you gotta do;  1) put on a design by Creative Creations, 2) take a picture (IN WORLD), and 3) send it in a notecard to me (Diamond Hope) with your name, name of the design, and anything else you wanna put in there!

**The picture will NOT be excepted if it has been altered by any programs, like Photoshop, Fireworks, etc….**

So that’s basically it… pretty simple huh!?!  The contest starts July 21st… TODAY!!! and ends July 31st.  The pictures will be judged and the winner announced.  (Also, you might wanna head over to the Main Store if you’re not already a member of our group!)

Creative Creations Guess the Prims Contest!

That's right ladies! All you have to do is guess how many prims were used to construct this masterpiece and the closest guess wins the set!!! All you have to do is send a notecard to Diamond Hope or Marta Jamberoo stating how many prims you think they used to make this set! And you can go to the store and check out the silk on the model too! Contest ends at SL midnight on 6/30 ladies! So get those guesses in pronto!

I must confess, I was not overly familiar with Creative Creations before hearing about their 50% off "Just Because" sale, but.. is there a *better* way for a store to introduce themselves? ;-) The store is lovely, designed to be open and airy with large windows and graceful, Grecian feeling archways... but what sold me on the place was the designer, Diamond Hope. She is an absolute *jewel*, completely customer service oriented without being intrusive or plastic, even going so far as to offer her own sizes as reference for resizing incredibly detailed and fabulous prim creations.

Creative Creations Love Set!

Frustrated and angry she plops down into the sand. She wipes her tear-stained cheeks and reminds herself to get a grip. "Be strong", she mutters to herself. She sighs and begins to rub her aching feet... she's been running for days. A colorful strip of fabric on her torn and tattered silk catches her eye. She thinks back to only a few days ago... when she was a pampered tavern slave. Filled with fury she tears the silks from her tired limbs and rips them apart until all that is left is tattered rags. She begins working furiously at the pieces... braiding them... knotting them... She finds bones and teeth and tiny colored pebbles scattered along in the sand, and she carefully weaves them into her masterpiece. Finally she slips into her creation. The shredded remains of an old life... rewoven and reworked into a new beginning. Filled with pride and determination, she makes her way into the forests and toward her new life.
