Archne Silks Giftcards!

Arachne silks now offers giftcards for your shopping convenience! Here's how they work!



Touching the card will bring up a dialog that will give you the current amount and a button to recieve these instructions. The cards come with a Zero balance enabling you to add as much, or as little as you like. They are reloadable, so you can use them over and over.

The cards are Nocopy/Trans, so you can give them to someone else, just like the ones in RL stores.

How to fill Your Arachne Silks Gift Card:
1/ Wear the card (attaches by default to the right hand),

2/ stand within 10 meters of the reloading station

3/ pay the station however much you want to increase the card by.

If successful, the card will tell you (and only you) how much it is now worth. If the station cannot find the card (too far, card is from a different owner) the station will refund your money.

How to redeem your Arachne Silks Gift Card:

1/ Wear the card (attaches by default to the right hand)

2/ stand within 10 meters of a vendor

3/ touch either the main display if you want the full color pack, or the individual color swatches.

4/ If the card has enough in it, you will get a dialog box asking if you want to redeem the card. To reduce lag the dialog times out after short time.

5/ If you choose to redeem, the card will be reduced by the amount of the product, and the item will be given. The card will then tell you (and only you) how much is left.

If the vendor cannot find the card (too far, card is from a different owner) the vendor will give the notecard (if set) as normal.

These cards can only be used at Arachne Silks stores. We are currently updating all our vendors, so these do not yet work with the jewelry and accessories.
